Sauces and barbecue rubs are some of the easiest ways to amp up the flavour of your dishes. Because you are using a small amount, you can cut back on some of the fatty and sweet condiments; so it actually helps you lose weight. As I get older I have to look at the sauces I make and use with my barbecue, so I made this bloody simple sauce to add with pretty much everything!
This is cracking on burgers, chicken, wraps and even dipping your brisket in.
Ingredients
- 1 cup or 230g Greek yoghurt
- 2tbsp or 32g Siracha
- 1 tbsp washyasister
- 2 tbsp or 32g chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Bang all your ingredients into a sealable mason jar and mix thoroughly. Place into the fridge for 20 mins and the flavor amplifies!

Recipe Note
"Just The Tip"
1. Calories is king: this sauce only has 146 calories per 100ml which is approximately a quarter of a typical store bought creamy sauce
2. Flavour level up: if you aren't afraid of the sauce attaching to your arse, swap greek yoghurt for kewpie mayo
