Let's get straight to the point. If you like the Macca's cheeseburger flavour profile you will like this pizza.
After emulating my brisket cheeseburger pie recipe throughout different food types, I thought the pizza was the next logical decision. Even the Daily Mail in the UK thought it was a great idea!

METHOD:
STEP 1
Make 6x small patties with the beef mince, season with sale and pepper, then sear on a hot pan. Put to the side
STEP 2
After you have made your pizza bases brush olive oil around the cornice and sprinkle sea salt on that.
STEP 3
Even coat of ketchup and mustard on the base.
STEP 4
Add one cheese quarter per mini beef pattie (6x per pizza), then onion on the top of the pattie.
STEP 5
Pre-heat your oven, BBQ etc to 300C or more. I highly recommend using a pizza stone if you are using a gas BBQ or oven. Cook until your desired doneness.
Top Tips For Young Players:
- Fresh pizza dough makes such a difference
- The Vlasic pickles are the closest I have found to McDonalds ones.
