The product is amazing. Mr and mrs q are amazing which make buying this product so much more worthwhile
I used the cure on a 2kg scotch roast for 7 days.
Into the smoker until it probed almost like butter.
I pulled it but not before slicing a couple steaks off it.
It was very similar to a corned silverside but much sweeter.
Next week I'll be curing some beef to make Reuben sandwiches.
