I viewed your YouTube video on making bacon and thought I'd give it a crack.
So I got some pork loin ( I prefer back bacon as opposed to streaky)from my local butcher and brought the four pack.
Cured for ten days then smoked in my old oz pig smoker at 120c to the internal 65c as per the video.
Worked a treat.
Best bacon ever.
No more shop brought bacon for me.
Got the loin when it's on special.
I used the bacon cure and the healthier one.

The product is amazing. Mr and mrs q are amazing which make buying this product so much more worthwhile

I used the cure on a 2kg scotch roast for 7 days.
Into the smoker until it probed almost like butter.
I pulled it but not before slicing a couple steaks off it.
It was very similar to a corned silverside but much sweeter.
Next week I'll be curing some beef to make Reuben sandwiches.
