I used the cure on a 2kg scotch roast for 7 days.
Into the smoker until it probed almost like butter.
I pulled it but not before slicing a couple steaks off it.
It was very similar to a corned silverside but much sweeter.
Next week I'll be curing some beef to make Reuben sandwiches.
As always , healthier rub is awesome on any meat and is great on baked vegetables

Sure does beat the stainless clippers by a million miles. So easy to scoop up BBQ fried onion, stuffed mushrooms and most importantly potato fries 🍟 😋
