The Namiba Monster knife is made from stainless steel. 

Stainless steel knives have a medium level of hardness, making them resistant to chipping and less fragile than knives made of harder and higher carbon steel. They are also easy to maintain – simply dry them after use and store them in a dry place to prevent moisture damage.
