Super Simple Homemade Tartar Sauce
Move over McDonald's and Gordon Ramsay, you can make your own tartar sauce from simple ingredients in no time at all.
If you are having fish and chips and you don't have tartar sauce, you can make it in less than ten minutes. Now, tartar sauce is usually made of mayonnaise, dill pickle, fresh dill, dijon mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Generally you will have all of these items in your fridge!

This easy homemade tartar sauce is better than anything you can buy at the shop. It’s bloody creamy and perfect for serving next to your favorite seafood dishes or even chicken tenders!

Ingredients

½ cup Kewpie mayonnaise

3 tbsp diced dill pickle (Vlasic works well)

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tbsp capers (optional)

1 tsp worcesterSHIZER sauce

½ tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp HealthIER seasoning
Directions
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, dill, Worcestershire sauce, HealthIER seasoning and mustard in a small bowl and stir until well blended.
Adjust seasoning at this point if you would like a little extra flavour kick
Slot it into the fridge for 30 mins to amplify the flavour

How long will tartar sauce keep: You can keep covered in the fridge for a week
Mayo: If you don't have Japanese mayonnaise, a fully leaded version will work fine
